LEVEL TWO
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
100 Decline Sit-ups (45 Degrees)
200 Push-ups
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
LEVEL THREE
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
100 Decline Sit-ups (65 Degrees)
100 Assisted One Arm Push-ups (each side)
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
LEVEL FOUR
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
100 Hanging Sit-ups
100 One Arm Push-ups (each side)
Light Stretching- 5 Minutes
